September 9, 2026: Instinct gets its own email address

Instinct rolled out a dedicated email address, so the assistant can receive and handle email directly on your behalf - sign-ups, inquiries and tasks by mail.

What this means for your agents: Your agent can now own an inbox-style workflow end to end: vendor threads and form confirmations can go straight to it.
